These sculptural forms, are made in stoneware clay, with imprinted textures, and sgrafitto lines and coloured with slips and glazes.

They are inspired by the city's evolving streets and buildings. Streets that once used to reflect industrial power and money, but have been repurposed as the city has moved on.

These buildings look out as witnesses onto constant change, in wealth, architecture, and people. They stand as a reminder of the city's resilience, and ability to adapt over time, whilst retaining echoes of its history and people.
