We have been to prepare a presentation on the work we had made this term for the Practice 2 module. I don't feel as if I had made very much work, it has been very difficult to be at university this term, when outside there has been a local lockdown and then a national lockdown. Everyone else has been furloughed or is working from home, the roads are dark and empty, and covid numbers are increasing rapidly. We travel to Preston carefully, and the campus is deserted and scary, we can't go near anyone, or touch anything, and we have to sanitise hands, desks, equipment, kettles, everything. We are nervous and worried, nobody can settle or concentrate, and not much work is being made. Every week the news has been full of calls for tighter measures to control the escalating situation, so we didn't know if we would be here from one week to the next.
Anyway, I seem to have done more than I thought, I managed to pull together a presentation, and here it is.
Update - We were asked to provide an update on our project on 6th May 2021 post lockdown, so the presentation below has been amended to incorporate updates relating to work in progress and ideas being considered.
